Ingredients :-
For Dough:-
1 Cup - Maida
2 Tbsp - Oil
1/4 Tsp - Carom Seeds/Ajwain
1/4 Tsp - Salt
6 Tbsp - Water
For Filling :-
1 Tbsp - Oil
1/4 Tsp - Black Mustard Seeds
4 - Medium Boiled Potatoes
1 Tsp - coriander Seeds
1/2 Tsp - Fennel Seed/Soaff
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seed/Jeera
2 Green Chilli
1 Inch - Ginger
1/4 Tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp - Kasuri Methi
2 Tbsp - Coriander leaves
1 Tsp - Lemon juice/Amchur Powder
1/2 - Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp - Black Salt
1/4 Tsp - Garam Masala Powder
For Satta -:
2 Tbsp - Cornflour/Ararot Powder
1 Tbsp - Ghee/Dalda
For Lai -:
1 Tsp - Maida
2 Tsp - Water
