Love mine!! Its a really great tool. You've probably already figured this out but after you turn on the heat setting you want, it heats up to temperature and then the fan comes on. You can turn off fan if you want 😘 Enjoy!!!!

I'm just getting used to it since I just got it and I do like it I think with a little bit more practice I will love it. But the only thing that I do not care for is I keep pressing the buttons over and over in different temperatures and turning the fan on and off. I just can't seem to position my hand differently to quit turning off and on the buttons
I received mine yesterday and love my hair. Does a great job. I did struggle though with where the button is and kept turning it off. Maybe with time I can learn to hold it better.
I just got another brand just like it.. and I do like it but I can’t use a straightner curling tool . My hair was so long and I got so frustrated with it.. it was either wear it straightener or ponytail it . Until 3 days ago it was down to the small of my back.. it was so long and pretty but i just cut it all off back to the bob..
Hmmm I think there is learning curve but I got better results after watching. I'll keep trying as I really like your results. I'll admit I am a very impatient hair styler.

I don't like to use much product in my hair. But there are two things that I will use sometimes. One is the briogeo hair oil. The other one is a product from eva NYC satin dream smoothing cream.
How much clamp pressure is normal on this? I am used to regular curling irons that clamp pretty well to the hair. This one seems loose to me compared to that. I’ve only used mine yesterday and today and trying to improve using it but a bit frustrating so far. My hair is about to the middle of my breast, maybe 4 inches from shoulders. I bought the grande size. What about the heat temp? My hair keeps the curls, when I using a regular curling iron, for up to 3 days.

This is actually my natural hair color! There is about 3 or 4 inches of new growth and my stylist just colored the rest to match my natural color.

Tried it several times. Did not work on my hair. Do not recommend.
