Yes bro u r right. Mene unka test series liya tha and he literally takes 4-5 days to evaluate each paper and tab tak u have to wait because he shares the next paper along with the evaluated paper. Is the clause 29 correct here bcoz in module it is any consideration for issue of shares which exceed FMV is given
Whereas clause 28 is about received a property for less consideration
Plz clarify
