The Chief Darkhorse rocks the 116 Thunderstroke engine. BIG difference from the 111. And if you ride it in sport mode, the torque threatens to send you off the back unless you're holding on. Add a stage 1 upgrade and you'll need seat belts. One thing about cruisers to know is they often come with a lot of generic parts with the expectation that the rider will customize their bike they way they want. I have a Scout Bobber. The first thing I did when I got it was to upgrade the suspension. Cruisers have very little rear wheel travel, new shocks gave me a bit more than the base 3". I've done many upgrades and my Scout is unique to me. It's one thing I love about cruisers.
The Challenger you rode must have been a high end model. The base Challenger starts around $26k. The rest depends on how many bells and whistles you want. 😉
Great video, I enjoyed it! This is the first video of yours I've watched, one thing I would suggest when you review a bike is to do a quick walk around so we can get a good look at what you'll be riding.

I don't know much about cruisers, but I absolutely love them, I want to eventually get one at some point. I have noticed how like you said, comes with generic parts which allows the customers to customize it how they perfer, I have seen alot around town that are unique to their owner and it's honestly amazing. And yeah the Challenger i rode was the Dark Horse I believe. All of these bikes had alot of features i wasn't aware of, like the sport mode you were talking about😅. Thanks for the information tho!! And after I filmed i did realize I should have done a walk around, there's always next time I guess 😂. Me and Soterios are still adapting to the TH-cam life😂. Ride safe out there!

As a sport bike guy, I REALLY loved this experience to try something new. As said in the video, my first bike was supposed to be the Scout classic. Ended up with the Ninja 650 due to taking the MSF course on a sport bike and LOVED the way they felt. Also the 650 was a tad bit cheaper. I'm glad I eventually got to ride it. Out of all 3 id say my favorite was the Challenger just do to how comfy it was and plus the speakers being crystal clear. Although the Classic Bobber was my favorite looking. This experience has me planning on owning both a sport bike and cruiser in the future (whenever insurance won't be as much haha). Shout out to Indian Motorcycles for hosting an amazing event.

Sportbikes are so much fun, but i don't think I could ever drive one daily. I love cruisers. Something about them is just so pleasing to me, I have no idea why.

For me, the comfort, the sound, and how smooth it feels on the road. Hopefully later in life I'll be able to own both

    > Says "BROTHERRR" 45 times in the video.
"IDK how cruisers hate sport bikers and sport bikers hate cruisers."

I’m sorry. But every single bike in current production starts the SAME way
How can you hop on a bike and instantly act like you know nothing about a motorcycle
    wtf

Some had a key, some had keyless, and my bike started with a button, these you had to hold a power button which was a lil different but I understand it now! I'm still new to riding so haven't been on many different bikes especially cruisers in this video

Polaris is the worst American made motorcycle company that's ever existed. They're not trustworthy whatsoever, and they shut down Victory motorcycle company, and stop making parts even though they were supposed to keep doing it until 2027.

Sounds like a company on the verge of collapse.
