Weather or not we need it. Yes, I am British and inevitably a video was going to come up talking about the weather.
This mentions it as I find, for me, it has a profound affect on my symptoms. Wet, cool or cold weather and I feel awful, hot and sunny, I feel sort of better. Not better just, not as bad. It is difficult to explain but, I doubt I am the only one
