I really like how a lot of the interactions have the dinos rough-housing. A little play-fighting, not trying to do major damage. They're testing each other, making sure they can survive.
It's so amazing and beautiful. Having hybrid dinosaurs socialize with original dinosaurs is so much more interesting than only having original dinosaurs socialize with their own kind (not that I'm complaining). 🦖❤
I love how during the feeding animation with the 2 indoraptors you can see it use its intelligence. It looks into the distance as if it sees something interesting, tricking the other into doing the same and then stealing the others food as it trys to figure out why the first was looking into the distance. I also love how all the hybrids seem to know what their parent species is, they interact with them as if they know they are related in a way. Even if the parent species dont know it.
Well put it this way. The parents can actually understand the hybrids since having that contributor in them is like you learning French to speak to a French person. And hybrids can actually sense it in them. Apart from the language though, if the hybrid resembles mostly one parent then they buy it.

Frontier did a great job with these animations, the hybrids interacting with species that are part of their DNA is very nice, although you can notice how some apparently reject the hybrids, like the Ankylosaurus or the Sinoceratops, apart from this, I just found out that Spinosaurus can also interact with hybrids despite being a territorial super predator, my favorite interaction animations are Spinoraptor with Velociraptor (it looks very good, the Velociraptor seems to first distrust it but then does not see it as a threat), Spinoraptor with Spinosaurus and the Stegoceratops animations. Good video Cool Dinosaurs! I'm sure the next video will be watching Spinoraptor's perfect animations since it's the only one with the most animations in the DLC.
Maybe Spinosaurus can have positive interactions with hybrids cause maybe they are all created with genes of just one Spino so is like they see each other as relatives cause they are all descedents of the one Spino from which they take the genes.

Stegosaurus recognising a the stegoceratops makes sense, as stegosaurus recognise others in their species by their dorsal plates, so a stegoceratops would be easily accepted as one of their own
The stegoceratops mighy actually look like a real triceratops, since not long ago they found a fossil of a triceratops with skin and it had spike holes like a headhog or a porcupine
