My integrative doctor suggests adding a good tablespoon of good quality olive oil at least once a day to meals i.e salads etc. she was adamant me need it. I guess you are getting a bit of that from your nuts/seeds/acocado/ coconut cult. I like oil in my diet for my skin as it doesn’t dry out as much. I cook with coconut oil (which is a medium chain tryglyceride which your body uses for energy, is amazing for your metabolism and is heat stable) and use olive oil for my salads.
My word of the year is «freedom» which is also one of my top three values. I have not been free for various reasons for many many years and it’s time to get aligned with myself. I think when we do that we automatically become happier. Inspiring video as always💕

I'm new to Caraway and was really hesitant to purchase because of some of the negative reviews. I have a glass top electric stove, and so far, following the directions for use and cleaning have kept them looking good and working correctly. The one issue I've hated in the past with other non-stick pans is the outside of the pan getting discolored. I'll be curious to see how your set does on the gas stove. I feel like the direct flame may be an issue unless you are very careful.
I have extensions (wefts) for over 2 years and I always had to make a little “party” when I had to do my hair, it took 1.5 hours to wash and style my hair. I definitely understand the struggle 😅 But when your hair is finished, it’s worth the struggle 😂.
I tried seamoss for the first time at a wellness event here in Miami and it tasted so good! I was also afraid to try it cuz of TikTok 😂 but the lady was telling me it depends on how it's washed and prepared cuz if it's not done right it tastes like brackish seawater 🤢
My word of 2025 is (re)charge. My 2024 word was ease.. and my year was largely easeful so I’m ready for some charging but you can’t charge without recharge..

I think it´s a difficult subject, on one side, i would say ´yes´ because it´s part of your daily life and indeed, we can tell the difference.
