I'm a proud owner of an '06 and I've taken mine through some rough places. it struggles at times but there's no way to beat how roomy they are and how much attention it gets. 😁
Ok my 03 Element is in need of this, all this and more. Love the lighting you use on your videos so great to see everything you do so clearly! Going to check out your products on line, thanks.
Keep in mind that if you go more than 1.5 in odds are you going to need a subframe drop kit. If not you're going to have all kinds of crazy vibrations from the driveshafts. Especially if you have aftermarket cv's. Also, this is NOT a 2 hour job. Depending on how frozen the bolts are, this can take all day. Especially the rear lower shock bolts. I've done 7 element lifts and the quickest one took 4 hours with two people and a lift. The rear is easier but if you go more than 2 inches, call all the fat people you know. They are going to have to hang on the rear control arms so you can get the struts in.
jr_moto_91 Hrg engine and sub drop (front and rear) Awesome quality, zero complaints. Great set of hardware, everything is labeled correctly, instructions make sense. Highly recommend. Check out the build
I seen someone on here have a 17 on one plus with a little bump lift on it too, he could put his fist between the tire and the fender. pretty cool stuff! I'd like to put a 400 watt solar panel on the top then a inverter in the back to put a eco flow pro hooked up.
Looking to purchase this lift from you guys. But I would love to see a subrame how to video from you guys. Just so I know what I’m getting myself into. Thank you in advance. Great video !!
Good day I would like to see a vid of a full install of a 3inch lift kit on a element do to the kit has a lote of bolt and spacers would like to know where they go thank you have a great day
Older vid I know, but was it not considered to include an Sbend type tie rod to help with the extremes angle of the tie rod? Or some type of tie rod spacer?
On the 1st gen CRV's I know the CV axles will wear out 10x faster if lifted more than an inch and a half. How long do the CV axles last with a 2" lift? Anyone with over 50k miles on one that can report back? All i see are vids of fresh installs.
One of our first Element kits we filmed back in 2017 is still on the same axles. 60k miles later. 3 inch ultimate kit. It's the orange E from one of our really old videos. With that said, in order to gain ground clearance, the axles must be at a greater angle by necessity. This indeed will shorten the life of the axles. This is true whether we're talking about a Ford F150 or a Honda Element. It is a trade-off that not everyone is willing to make.
Great video! You made it look so easy 😅. He mentions shaking while accelerating and my '10 LX is getting that when i hit 3k rpm on the highway. What causes that?
Hi can you help me find shock absorbers for a Honda Crossroad 2008. it's a model sold in japan and europe. they didn't bring it to the US bcuz they didn't want to compete with the element. I can find stabilizer bars and links and tie rod ends but can't find shocks or something compatible. I also want put a lift kit on my own. I also think I can use the same kit u have. I thought i could use the element or crv rear absorber in mine but they are shorter than man by two inches and the bolts on top are about half inch further apart on both sides than mine so they don't line up.
Get yourself a new camera for your TH-cam vids. I love my GoPro 7 black but use it for outdoor trike vids and road drives. There are othe cameras out there that are tiny and cheep. Learned a bit from. this for sure. Already did the camber upper control arms in the back before I put tires on mine. Have to put front struts on mine and will do FVP ready struts as I get wholesale frome the Zone. I'm a parts guy at a dealership. But I was glad to learn from you that I can get a camber bolt kit for the front. My alignment guy said this Element must have curb checked pretty bad and bent the strut on one side. New ready struts will fix that bent part and the camber bolt kit will dial in my front and rear wheels. I can't stand seeing any car that has the wheels tilted in, especially Elements. Makes me crazy when they aren't straight up and down. Been in the car business for almost 40 years and my father was a mechanical Engineer for Ford on the 60's and 70's. That's where I got involved in all the car stuff. Thanks for the vid. I enjoyed it over a brew and sidecar this evening 10/18/22 before the world ends. =)
After I added a lift kit 3in in front and 2in in the back my front right tire shacks a little until I gain speed then it settles. What do I need to purchase from you to eliminate that from happening? Thank you!
@@texomahondaelement3722 Texoma, reach out to my guy in Portland to discuss your lift before you do it. he is super knowledgeable and you do not want to mess it up. The lift comes with the subframe kit just so yall know dont order an extra like I did but the cistomer service was on point sent me a label and refunded me. *I didnt open any of the packaging on the return.
HRG lift kit are bàd I installed on my pilot 2015 and bad bad vibrates did everything.. called HRG guy spoke with him and he don't have solution for it
Any lift will put more stress on your cv axles. I hear the NAPA axles are a tad longer and can sometimes help. Otherwise look up subframe drops to correct your CV angle.
darel we both know that's not true. Do you even have an HRG kit? our records (going back to 2018) show you have never bought anything from us. If you did call, with or without an HRG kit, this is what I would have told you: Check your tires to be sure they're not out of balance wheel alignment matters solution 1 subframe kit solution 2 new axles solution 3 take the lift kit off These are standard answers that I tell everyone who has the axle vibe. Good luck and I hope you get your Pilot sorted out.
Just a tip, you should work more professionally. You are pulling the whole hub trying to get the CVaxle out without having released the caliper and abs wire. You can really damage them easily.
Pilots sell more because the Element has been out of production for 11 years. Besides that, there are major and I do mean major, hurdles to lifting a Pilot more than 3 inches. The Element lends itself to being lifted much more easily. Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for the 6 inch kit install video, and I'll go into detail as to why.
As a Honda Element owner, the element is not an off road vehicle. Mine is an AWD car. The Honda manual plainly states that it is not an off road vehicle. Proceed at your own risk.
I was considering this product but after watching this video I will absolutely take my business else where. For starters you re-used a cotter pin. absolute no no especially for the dollar or less cost on one. Second not properly torqueing to spec with a proper calibrated torque wrench potentially causing early wear and possible damage to the other already clearly well used suspension components. Oh yea and not to mention using power tools to draw in the part with the nut/bolt. Great way to cross thread and damage a pretty crucial components of a safe riding vehicle. This just shows the lack of care attention to detail and professionalism lets me know what kind of quality these parts will end up being. Thanks but no thanks.

Where do I send them for the swivel seat bracket
Ordered my beast 6” kit for my 06 element yesterday, would love to see a video on it so i know what i’m getting myself into! Very excited
Ben!! Beast kit!! Man, sure would like you to showcase this kit, and the install.
Did you end up installing the beast kit on your element? If so did you have to replace the drive shafts?
Can you send me pics of your element with the 6" lift that's the lift I want on my 08 sc

Installed the HRG 1" lift kit with KRB and Swift springs on my 04 Element. Thanks for the video, it was very helpful!

Was the Honda Fit lift kit idea scrapped?
I don't see the Honda Fit tab on your webpage anymore.

How does lifting affect the CV joints over time? Also, thanks for redoing the lost parts of the video.
I'd like to see what the Element can do on some trails
I c u hv a check engine light on. I'm curious as to why that was on & what was done to fix it?
I definitely need that kit! 👍🏽

We have done several 02-06 CRV beast kits and will be dropping the install video on the E very soon.
what's the tire set up for the crv at 1:38 ?

Thanks so much for the camber bolt explanation. That really helped me out a lot.
This is why I want an element
How many hours can a professional expect to spend to install the 3" lift? Awesome video!!!!
Does the engine and sub frame drop with the 2in?
How much does it cost for a 2” lift on this element?

Ordered mine yesterday for my 2010
What about the front tie rods ? I saw another video where they cut the pinch weld so it would fit right.
Does this screw up the ride quality by taking away the factory travel range?
" ride quality" 😂 its a Honda Element
Hello . Do you need drop engine or something like that when you fit 2 inch lift kit ?
Yes, check out my lift. Cheers!
Will the struts bottom out since you're pushing them down?
Please take it on the trail. I have an 04
Thanks for the video! Nice job!
How can i order just the front spacers for the element 2 inches. I only see you guys sell them as kits. But not the 2 inch spacers
Honest question ive put two of these kits on whys it nesscary to put spacers on the carbon filter seems like it wpuld do fine without it.

How come you never took it off road?
If I buy the kit can I just drop mine off for you to install it? I’m not too far away.
Great video! You made it look so easy 😅. He mentions shaking while accelerating and my '10 LX is getting that when i hit 3k rpm on the highway. What causes that?
Did you do a subframe drop?
Honda Elements are known to blown out the rear struts prematurely. Especially if you carry a lot of weight in the rear.
Did you use the subframe drop kit as well?

What would it cost to purchase and have this installed?

Those tie rods never had castle nuts. Older honda tie rods did tho.
