It just shows, that only blessed people are invited to witness his divine interventions, which we simply call mashups, even though they are acoustic alchemy.
This is a masterpiece. The integration of the two groups is seamless and balanced. Both contribute instrumentals and voices and you could imagine both of them on stage performing this. I've been a longtime fan of Bill's work, but this is a standout track among the recent offerings.
Yes! And THEN you bring in the incredible video work and the level you thought was next-level was just maybe 3 of 5. I always get a kick out of the guest guitar solo (Jake E Lee, I think?). Only Bill can replace an Eddie solo in a surprisingly welcome way.
Jake E Lee 'Bark at the Moon' solo thrown in there is pure genius. My God man who would have ever thought such a mashup would work? If you had mentioned this combo to someone in passing they'd probably think you're crazy but here it is in the flesh and beyond brilliant.
I'll never understand why no one has hired you to arrange live, cross-genre mashup performances for the Grammys, VMA's, Eurovision, etc. It would make those shows actually worth watching.
What more can I say? Except that Bill McClintock is the Albert Einstein of Mashups. Listen to this song. It’s living proof. It’s earthquaking. It’s soul shaking. Wow!
The part where you blended a Miracles orchestral interlude with an EVH guitar solo is incredibly beautiful. I hear your love for music in this and so many of your mashups, Bill McClintock.
While your audio editing is unreal, your video editing is also unreal, the way you blend the audio to the visual creates this amazing immersive experience, I’ve never seen anything like it.
@@rapid13 I'm loads of fun at parties because I love air guitaring "Eruption", even when it's not playing. That way everyone can see Eddie and not hear him, like in the video. Fun! Try air ... Mo .. uh Towning? That's not a thing! How does one even accomplish that? McClintock's mashups are best when he takes the Motown vocals and sets them to rock backdrop. The opposite isn't terrible, but it's sub-prime.
This is one of those that goes beyond the technique to *how* one could see the potential for these to fit. And the Jake E. Lee solo was the perfect icing on the cake - just right. Kudos for another brilliant entry in my favorite alternate reality.
Discovered your channel last night....i slept for three hours. I was sure you are a genius after three videos, now that i watched all of them i know i was right. The consistency of quality across the board is crazy, i haven't watched a single video where i felt the songs didn't mash properly, each and every one is a treasure.
HE'S at it again!!! Mr. McClintock! The merges between metal/hair bands & 70's R&B/Soul are AMAZING! He's gotta be a band director or composer of some sort!
By unanimous decision, the Grammy goes to Bill McClintock. I had lunch last week with Billy G. who turned me on to this and I haven't stopped playing it. Sooo good.👏👏👏
The tonal center or feel shift from the bluesy "minor" into that super happy major feel while keeping the shredding constant with the Jake E Lee solo on top is phenomenal how that works!!! Bravo Bill BRAVO! That part is really stunning

If so, Bill should take Brooke Sheilds to help him bring those babies home.

My brain just about blasted out of my skull when that solo came on... This guy is a master at the mashups... oh My!
Yeah. And so much different chords sequences.... How the hell he came up with that recipe??
Clapping Ozzy cracked me up
Insane how soul music and a metal solo blend.
It is insane how good Bill's at selecting matching solos from totally different songs.
As a Soul/disco and Metal fan, I didnt see it coming. It's simply amazing.
Ironically, this is something that Dave would try, so this makes complete and total sense
Right - I could see this on the Crazy From the Heat EP
that's a roundabout way I went with my comment,
you said it better,
Totally Dave is a huge fan of Soul and Funk.
So that would make this **UNironic** then, not ironic.
I'm surprised Bill didn't throw in a "omina bimminy oomily babbilly zibbity bop".
Dave's adlibs fit in so well with funk and disco

AAAAAAMEN ! My 2 personal Favorites. I miss the young Diamond Dave and Jake
Put Bill in the Hall of Fame. Doesn’t even have to be Rock N Roll. Any hall of fame, all of them.
Like maybe take Dance Hall Days by Wang Chung and Fame by Irene Cara to get Dance Hall of Fame?
He'd be great here in Akron, in the Inventors Hall of Fame.
I agree. I've posted Bill's needed HOF induction too.
Soul Metal Will Never Die
This track is so damn fire.
The best part of this one is that, if you hadn't heard the individual songs before, you likely wouldn't realize that this is a mashup.
It is smooth like buttered velvet 🎉
