I lived in luxury apt before. Not to this extent or glamours. But really hardly ever seen people using the apt lounge, gym and the pool. Granted i was in nyc and u wanted to be out in the city most part. But pandemic probably made this style living more desirable now

This entire place smells like dog feces. The walls are thin, painted with white out, amenities are never open and the staff is incompetent. Elevators never work, balcony glass shatters. It’s unsafe here.

That’s usually the case in normal apartment complexes, and condos. It’s no hotel, hence why you won’t see anyone. They are all out and about.
