genesis Energy Letterbox surprise

Got home and found this in my letterbox it was quite heavy, so I thought cool a present from my power company for being such a loyal customer and not changing companys even when they offer $100 free credit!!
after finding a rock I was very disappointed, IT SUCKS!! im now thinking of changing power companys!!

Gen has sent us multiple tea towls and other random "gifts " ... they need to sort there shit out if rather pay less and not get gifts than obviously paying for there national publicity stunts outa my bill !!!!! i hate Genesis now there rude uncontactable and very quick to harrass over payment of bill ... im 4 days over deadline and have recieved 4-5 calls ... automated and rude
