I think question 15 should be option 2 rather. if a car is uphill and the front wheels are turned to the right, if the vehicle starts moving, it will move into traffic. so, it should be turned to the left rather than right.

There is no support from the curb as there is no curb. It will rollover into the traffic. “ Uphill parking without a curb If there is no curb where you are parking, make sure you turn the wheels to the right.
