The actress playing Alison was great but the "baby" was an absolute terror. Amazing job portraying a sociopath - from calm to psychotic, from reasonable to cruel, from baby to adult, all without being cheesy but genuinely unsettling.

Love so many things about this movie. The camera work was perfectly done and the setting was beautiful with all of the artifacts and antiques in the background. The acting was very, very good. The truly captivating part of this was the psychology of this movie. Like a viewer said down below, it proves that a good horror movie don't need monsters to be scary. Rupert was so incredibly psychologically damaged by his family that he had to live out his childhood. Everyone has to have a childhood. If you don't live it out as a child, you're going to have to live it out as an adult. There are many cases proving this. Rupert most likely had an abusive mom/stepmom who did not treat him like a child, but instead beat him physically and verbally, therefore Rupert looked for a "good mommy". He looked for ones countless before our heroine here. But they all never proved to be good mommies and Rupert beat them probably like his parents. Truly incredible work. Keep it up!!!
I am usually so terribly disappointed in TH-cam "Horror" flicks. But this was over the top insane and has left images and dialog burned into my mind that I cannot erase. Original. Excellent production. Fine acting. Incredible chills. Quite simply this is an AWESOME movie for someone looking for a great horror flick! (Except the tired routine of the Black man dies first.) My respect to everyone involved in this production!
Steve W Oh geez...some people will find anything to bitch about...especially regarding racial issues...quit your whining and be happy and surprised (not that I was surprised but judging from your comment I sure bet you were!!) that they even put a black man in there...especially a black man ...gasp....dating a white girl!! Or did you maybe assume that was the only reason they made that character black was so they could be aassholes and make a point of making sure they held up that "tired routine of making the Black man die first"?? BTW..why in the world did you put a capital B at the beginning of the word "black"???) Can someone not just enjoy a great film for once without whining about it?
I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and yes, that is a very tired trope. It would have been a funny twist if Allison had to save both of them but I see why the boyfriend had to die (to advance the story and show that Rupert is very willing to kill). My sense was that the script was written first and then they hired Damille (the boyfriend). I certainly could be wrong but I think the boyfriend was a generic role and tertiary player and the actor who played him was the most interesting and best they found. I appreciated that the boyfriend character was not subjected to stereotyping, as some scripts force actors to do. In short, to me the boyfriend just happened to be Black. If another more interesting actor came along it could have been someone else. But as I said this is only speculation on my part. I was pleasantly surprised and did like the fact that the boyfriend was Black. I also noticed that a Black woman left a warning note for the main character in their movie "Downstairs" also. It was a different additional touch that added texture I liked.
Thats so fucked up and hilarious at the same time... "i dont like pea" *Babyvoice* "Peas are good for me" said the manliest man voice ever. But that baby noises he made while getting cleaned... i hope the actress got paid the pychologist lessons after that one xD

You know it's gonna be bad when you look up and the last thing you see is a grown ass man wearing a diaper with a meat cleaver in his hand standing over you.
I came here after following Caitlin on social media, and then deciding to look up her IMDB. WOW! This was fantastic. So many emotions in such a short amount of time. Super good stuff!!!!!
Thank you so much for watching! She is a super talent and we are so happy that she is finally starting to get the attention she deserves! - Lee
Takes a "super talent" to know one! Seriously, y'all blew my doors off with that. Phenomenal short 🤩
Casting for baby Rupert was superb 👌

I would have robbed the whole damn house.
Same here, I thought of that
Holy mother of all that is twisted and sick..this was LIT!!! And I gotta say, this is probably the very first movie EVER that involved a woman being terrorized by a man that DIDNT include rape. Very well done!!! I have a friend who's whole life is about horror movies, and I'm ganna send him this link..Hes ganna LOVE it!!
Fantastic job! I loved it! One of the best short horror films I've seen! Bravo!!!
Thank you so much! And thank you for watching!
She has a flip phone - that’s terrifying in itself
😂😂😂 thank you for watching!
Lmao I know right
That was incredible! Never a full moment. Shows also what people are dealing with. When you're desperate for money, you very rarely watch for the red flags.
Thank you so much for watching! we really appreciate the kind words!
Crying out loud: Rupert is a baby trying to have fun is all.
Right?!?!? You get it!!!! Thank you so much for watching!!!!
The real horror here is that chemo bill. I'm so happy to be a Scandinavian.
