The MORE CRIT you have the MORE DAMAGE your AUTO ATTACKS do to enemies YOU HAVE ALREADY SLOWED. Infinity edge increases that damage even more the same way it increases regular crit attacks. So yes ashe does do more damage with Infinity edge and it also increases the slow

Also the increase in damage scales both of crit chance and crit damage. (Well it was the case last time I got to read the passive description 2weeks ago)

For someone still wondering how Ashes passiv works with crit, she applies frost with damaging abilites. After appliens frost she deals more dmg to the target. For example if you have 100 AD + 100% Crit + IE you would technically have 235 AD. 100 + [110%(from passiv) + 100% crit + 25% (from IE)] Edit: Thats why most of the time, 2 crit items(IE + AS Crit item) are enough
Ashe Passive causes her attacks to deal increased damage against targets she slows. 115% base + 0.75% per 1% crit chance + 40% via Infinity Edge. So yes, she still benefits heavily from IE. Also, her "normal" crits will briefly double her passive's slow strength, so she gets tons of value from the Zeal items (since they give her bonus MS).

Just an idea for the future whenever you are playing Ashe, you can time your ULT to cancel enemies Teleport after u kill them early or the first time. Like for eg u killed cho at 4 mins and then u could have sent an arrow to cancel hi TP. He would have lost a lot there.
Instead of increased damage, Ashe instead doubles the slow strength whenever she crits. Also, Ashe does increased damage against enemies affected by her slow, and Infinity Edge passive increases that damage. Crit chance also increases that damage itself. So a full crit build on Ashe wouldn't be a complete waste of stats.
And if my understanding is correct, Randuin's still reduces damage for her crits despite the crits not doing crit damage. So ironically, you would want to build just Infinity Edge alone on Ashe and don't build any other crit item if anyone builds Randuins on enemy team. So that they would have less chance to reduce your attack's damage.
People are dumb. Unless something has changed in the last 6 months that I don't know about, Infinity Edge still increases Ashe's damage. Her passive does make her crits weird so I understand how it can be confusing to some players. On "crit" it increases the slow, but crit chance (and the damage boost from Infinity Edge) increases the damage she deals with her autos to any enemy already slowed by her passive.

On one hand, it's nice of you to be honest and to not blame anyone. But also... If you want to try a build, maybe... don't take it to ranked and ruin everyone else's game. Like, you really couldn't have just tried it in draft? Where people don't have to worry about their LP? Leaving a game you don't want to play is understandable. Trust me, I have done it in extreme circumstances. But with ranked games, unless my jungler is a mega racist loser after he dies one time (and it seems to always be the junglers for some reason), I will play the game from start to finish. A draft loss costs your team nothing, but a ranked loss costs your team their LP. I'm not going to defend Zwag's smurfing of course, though I do find it entertaining! It's just that, even with a smurf, you should play the ranked game to completion instead of giving up entirely. And if you want to try a new build, just go to blind or draft pick. There is no excuse for you to not go into blind or draft pick. Even co-op vs. AI is a great place to learn, considering League has really revamped that mode. TLDR; You're a good person for being honest and for not blaming your team. But you still have some work to do. Don't let your loss affect other people.
Do belveth wildarrows first, then 3 crit cloaks, then IE, quickblades, sheildbow, teminus. Quite fun now that wildarrows has a flat bleed and doesn't scale with ad
The Crit Amp doesn't work on Ashe I think! Ashe can't get any items works to get Crit damage amplification. I tried to build her W optimal maximization but no items do the job! Just taking the best runes for that (with MANA boost) - so manamune + Shojin spear (which works well if you have only good haste)
doesn't IE gives Ashe more bonus damage on her passive? like, at 100% crit, her auto damage on frostbite enemy deal 190% damage, and IE upped that by +40% to 230.
