We cant use this due to the location and other RP maps in the area.. But I just went in and bought the Crackhouse and gave a "fair" amount for it!
Is this zoo npc run or player run?
It can be either. The script that comes with it only handles animal spawns and a single grounds keeper (park ranger NPC) with a leaf blower. There is no job script, as far as I am aware, set up for it yet.

Yes, you can use it with any framework. 👍
