Good luck w/your surgery and recovery. Getting a hysterectomy was THE BEST thing I’ve done. No more pain from endometriosis, no more periods, no more of any of it and the recovery was easy. I was tired but very easy recovery. Feel better soon🥰
I had the same surgery when I was 30 years old and I’m 46 now I never had any problems except hot flushes that my doctor told me I will have only for the first year and unfortunately I. still have it and I hate it specially when I have make up on I’m not saying that kina will have same problem but my friend did it and she have same issue I do good luck girl up date us how everything goes 🥰
YES!!! I watched A woman in the sea! And loved it-amazes me that it happened back in the early 1900's....women were bad asses even then LOL! And without giving anything away towards the end of her life was amazing! I am so sorry you had a difficult time coming home but am happy you are home safe and sound! I never put A1 in my pot roast, I need to try it! Positive vibes and prayers to you on your upcoming surgery! Huge warm hugs xoxoxoxoxox
Right?! Such a beautiful movie! I love seeing the resilience & strength those women carried. They made so much possible for us women today & I’m grateful to them all. Thank you for your kind words, it means a lot to me! ☺️
Kina, I pray for you that your surgery goes well and your healing process. I love you my friend. I cheer and root you on on all your goals in life. Find you some good books to read and movies during this time. As each day goes by you will get stronger. I'm glad I had my surgery. It's such a beautiful time of year Thanksgiving 🦃 is just around the corner. Got and yummy recipes up your sleeve. What protein bars do you buy. I want to get some for my daughter Brooke.
Thank you so much Donna for your kind words! I definitely loaded up my iPad with new audio books and a few podcast to entertain me while I heal. 😄 The protein bars I get are RX bars and they have simple clean ingredients. (As in not a bunch of processed ingredients) I like the salted chocolate & the nut butter & oat flavor the best.
So glad you're home again! While San Diego is phenomenal ~ there's no place like home. I heard someone help a friend thru a panic attack by getting them to slow down their breathing and visualizing an ocean or lake wave coming into shore and going back out. And everytime it goes out ~ that's your anxiety going away. You have control. You push it away. ??? I don't suffer from that, but I certainly can empathize. Welcome home, Kina!!! I'm sure your surgery will go flawlessly. 😊
Just found your channel and I just want to say that I am happy I did! I find your voice and filming style very soothing and relaxing and what separate you from others is that your very down to earth and speak about your struggles and the fact that I struggle with the very same type of anxiety I can relate. just hearing you describe the plane incident I instantly knew and felt what you was talking about. Just subbed! currently Bingeing on all your videos right now😅. Anyways happy Halloween! 🎃🧡
I don’t get that feeling exactly. I don’t really think about anything until I suddenly feel my heart racing, I start sweating, and I have this weighted sensation in my chest that I cannot inhale any oxygen. Even though I know I’m breathing, it feels like the breath goes somewhere else and not into my lungs. It’s the weirdest feeling. So I tell my mind that I am breathing and to stay calm until it passes. I do not stay calm though and it is the scariest thing to feel like you’re suffocating. Afterwards, I cry and I usually have to lie down for a few hours because I have no energy left. I know I’m not going to die & that I’m ok, but my body is still going through all the motions… panic.
I hope you reported the airline stewardess. I think the way she treated you triggered you to have a panic attack. Her job is to make you feel calm and at peace on a flight.
Nah… for all I know she was having a bad moment just like I was. 🤷🏻♀️ It is her duty to help the passengers & her comment was annoying in the moment, but at the end of the day.. there’s no point in complaining. At least to me.
Putting the trailers of shows you mention in the video is so helpful :)
Kina love seeing your channel grow 🫶 as someone who found you in the car and cake eating days, I seriously miss those videos 😂
Haha! We do go waaaay back don’t we? 😆 Good times! And thank you!
Completely agree with everything you said on helping people out. People take advantage of kindness so easily, gotta lay down the law.
Yea…Sad but true

Thank you! Your reassurance feels so nice right now! I’m going in at 5:00am tomorrow. 🙂

That’s great advice for helping someone through a panic attack, sounds soothing for sure. 🙂 Thank you, I’m so happy to be home!

I love to hear new subs comment on what they’re enjoying! Thank you for supporting my channel, I’m so glad you’re here. ☺️
@ClassicKina forgot to wish you luck on your surgery and a speedy, healing recovery 🙏🏻
Partial hysterectomy 2nd best thing I've ever done, breast reduction will always be #1!
Both sound great! 🙂
When you get your panic attacks do you get a feeling of impending doom??

My mother-in-law wants to move in she has dementia. She doesn’t like me or me married to her son.
That’s a tough one… God bless you!

@@ClassicKina I myself used to suffer from panic attacks. Sometimes a panic attack is your body’s way of trying to tell you something.
