But I've seen he sings this song many time on some shows. Non fans / the Koreans in general does not know his career story, and YG does not really let him make a whole song about his life anyways. It is just that the opportunity was hard to find until SMTM. SMTM is the biggest hip hop show in Korea, and this song was such a hit because it was performed during the show too. This song made Song Mino's name became a household in Korea. That is why he said, it is for the first and last time for people to actually hear HIS side of story, to let even non fans know what he went through to get this far. There would be no Fear stage in SMTM again, that is what he meant. He performed this in HIS own concert, so the people that listened to this are his fans. No one really cares anyways.
