That's very interesting about your African experience. My Korean experience was great. I like all Korean Foods except that some sea foods are quiet scary, considering that in Uganda we do not consider them as foods. I miss samgyopsal! I find Koreans are very good Cooks, (I first learnt about it in the Drama Jewel in the Palace aka "Dae Jang Geum".
My most difficult time was the winter. I was too cold, and too dry that I frequently get nose bleeding. Thanks for the indoor heating...
