Just an intuitive hunch that they make the tray tables very small as it gets people subliminally programmed to not expect much and to get use to it. Our airlines in this country have been on a downhill for over 20 years - they are more like buses in the air....even our train system is archaic. Frontier feels proper and practical, but misses having a soul of life and warmth.
A wonderful trip report as always. Love the details and comments on what is to be seen. Your channel is one of my favourites regarding flying. No annoying music, no speed ups, the texts are easy to read. Keep up the good work and looking forward to your next report
That was very nice seeing the Rocky Mountains coming into Denver. Denver International has always been so busy many times. I see they have gone through some renovations to try and give more windows and openness. But I still like using moving walk way to get to many gates there. I do that walking a lot there with United Airlines.
I have flown frontier twice before once in the normal seats and once in the front 3 rows where you get a little more leg room and the seats reclines...its overall not a bad airlines as long as your expectations aren't too high. Like you pointed out its an ULTRA LOW COST carrier. Great Review!!!
Great idea of tail art. Gives the aircraft an individuality of its own. Much rather look at a line of Frontier aircraft than a line of Southwest. Small tables? Nothing much to put on them. Great two for one video. Stay safe. Mick🇬🇧
I have flown frontier a few days ago thinking it wouldn’t be a bad experience like every says but I was wrong. I got to the airport 1 hour before my flight but the rude check in lady said we were late even though policy says we can check in up to 45 minutes before our flight. We were forced to stay overnight at the airport without anything. When we rebooked the person at check in said I had the last seat on the nonstop flight (there were plenty of seats left). The app and website didn’t let us check in so we were given a 25$ check in fee along with not being able to pay extra to change my seat. My aunt was forced to have a 9 hour layover in Denver and I had a nonstop flight to Phoenix. I wouldn’t fly them again. Thanks for coming to Phoenix though!
MashaAllah absolutely another spectacular beautiful fabulous sharing and I really appreciate and enjoy watching your super Awesome content vloggs adventure trip .. you doing an excellent great job .. lovely presentations with gorgeous filming captured editing .. have a wonderful blessing weekend and a safe trip report takecarestaysafe .. Merci
As far as the food, I always bring my food onboard that I buy after security check-in. Never go hungry & I get a kick out of people saying they should have bought something & bring it onboard. I'll actually be using Frontier for the first time this June to do a red eye flight to Las Vegas. But I love they paint their planes with different animals, being a huge animal lover. Frontier is a no frills airline, just to get you from Point A to B. No tv screens, no food, no electric outlets, etc.
The Ontario airport that the Frontier plane in Phoenix was going to, is the one near Los Angeles. So indeed something like 580 km, rather than 3,000+ km...!
Hello there. Another excellent trip report. Think the livery on Frontier's aircraft are cute - especially liked the Chipmunk and the Canadian Beaver. The aircraft was really Rock'n and Roll'n on the takeoff out of Denver - will have to make note of that if my spouse and I ever visit the area. ULCCs are known for lack of amenities and it appears that Frontier is no different from the others out there (e.g. Spirit, Southwest, etc.). Usually, when flying one of those, I like to bring my own food to consume. For short-haul trips, these airlines are probably suitable to get from A to B quickly and cheaply which is acceptable under the circumstances. Keep up the excellent work!
Great vedio. If u don't mind could u please tell me wt is the best and most reliable airline to travel from New York to Vancouver with check in luggage.
You claim how easy it is to do a connection.. Back in 2018, I needed to fly to Seattle, I checked Frontier, just for drill. They (and Spirit) had a great fare from Las Vegas to Seattle, BUT if you added all the "extras", both came out quite a bit more expensive than my normal go-to airline, that being Southwest. In the case of Frontier, EVERY single flight from Las Vegas to Seattle had a layover in Denver of AT LEAST 7 hours.
Well, when you say "if you added all the "extras"" you're basically saying that what you need in that particular trip was a legacy carrier service. Low-cost airlines are more focused on people that don't need all those services, so the y can select what they need in that particular trip. And in all those cases, believe me, they are cheaper than flag carriers. It also depends on your destination... there are airports that aren't used a lot by low-cost airlines... but also the origin one. In those cases, arriving there with a connecting flight can be very long.
If I were flying Phoenix to Dallas, I would have booked American as it would have been a direct flight instead of connecting through Denver. Denver is not a good connection because in the winter it's quite often poor weather there but year round it is always VERY turbulent. If you want a low cost carrier option for Phoenix to Dallas, a good option is Southwest, although you will be flying into Dallas-Love (DAL) instead of DFW, Phoenix and Dallas Love are both hubs for Southwest, so if you have a cancellation, you will be rebooked quickly and easily because its a very common route. Flying Frontier is ok if everything goes well, but if they start to have cancellations, it's difficult for them to accommodate you quickly because they don't have a lot of flights.
FRONTIER es de los mismos dueños de JETSMART CHILE , JETSMART ARGENTINA , WIZZ AIR , SPIRIT, VOLARIS.En total más de 530 aviones ( incluidos los 100 pedidos a AIRBUS)
Hmmmm, something has happened at FL for they seem so much more professional than they have on previous videos I have seen. It is a shame they haven't improved their selection of food and not to put ice onboard seems a bit over the top but over all they do seem to have improved their onboard attitude!
Indigo Partners owns a controlling interest in Frontier. They also own stakes in Volaris and Wizz Air. At least Wizz flies to some exotic locations. Frontier is rather boring.
ULCC is fine (and cheap) if it's just you and no bags. And if nothing goes wrong (cancellation/delays etc) because they have zero bench strength and no interline agreements and no customer service.

The 'smaller' US airports seem to be modern than the larger ones. Love the livery of Frontier.

Legend says this video is going to be a good one. 🤪🙂

The interior looks very clean and modern!
121 airplanes that's amazing the 8th biggest airline in the US. All the planes decorated with animals that's very nice I like that so far
Да. круто!!!
So cool to see a trip report from Sky Harbor, my home airport!
Frontier aircraft are really nice, I like the "animal" concept !
Да. Круто!!!
Beautiful weather all round great flights
The lack of ice is hilarious.

Living life ! Thank you for showing us the world through your videos. I’ve always wanted to do this.

Like the animal pictures!
I love the paint on those Frontier planes! I think it's even nicer than the Hawaiian design.
Me encanta tu canal y ver los aeropuertos
Tienes pensado volar para Tokio, Sydney, Wellington o Buenos Aires.
Nice video. Allegiant (12:50) is also a U.S. ULCC, not just Spirit and Frontier.

Sure is a heck of a buzz from that engine. No ice for drinks
This journey is not good but not bad.
Best part of video: "This queue is not for security, it is for Starbucks..." 😂 Funny!
Hahaha it was really surprising, and not the first time I saw in the US, so I wanted to share it 😅😅
love the juice you took....extremely healthy....60g of sugar in it lol

Love this! They're the same seats you'll find on a Jet2 aircraft :) They're ACRO seats.
I hate these seats

Great vedio. If u don't mind could u please tell me wt is the best and most reliable airline to travel from New York to Vancouver with check in luggage.
Entras por el aeropuerto directamente a la sala de recogida de equipajes? 🤔
The plane you got off, where did it continue to?
Is frontier the one with the 737 max order? Nice video as always
