Another good day on the water. It's hard to fish a tournament and it's a team and you fish by yourself. It sure helps having a buddy that can try something else and you can cut the time in half and try to have a good day. On that note, you did an awesome job on finding some better fish. Keep it up. And any day on the water fishing is better than a day on the job or just sitting at home. And you said it, just about anytime you go fishing and you learn something then it's not been a bad day. Sometimes it’s a chance situation that unlocks the secret for the day. If that GoPro hadn’t needed new batteries you might not have figured it out at all. Such a strong flex to slow down and cull multiple times. Fun day, regardless, it looked like.

I noticed you use ewg hooks. Don’t know your brand but have you looked at the owner haymaker hooks? Getting hard to find. I got a few and got a lot of them on back order. Improves hook up ratio

What cull tags are you uesing
Nice vid Matt. That engine is too low on the transom; raise it up 1/4” to 1/2” and that excess spray will go away, you’ll be faster and more efficient.
