Aniko, I used your instructions to redo my popped hammock using 300 pound test braided red and white plastic rope and now use a pull rope to a nearby tree to rock myself in it! Thank you very much for showing me the way to do it!

Simply do a metric to imperial converter. 10 meters comes out to roughly 32 ft. I'm a shorter person so I'm using a flat 30'. Also is easier to measure out, just use measuring tape to get your first ten feet, then double it over twice. There, thirty feet.
Thank you for this video and for your effort Can I know the total length of the rope and the whole dimension of the hommeck expected to get Thank you again
Hi, everything depends on the rope. If it's thick then you need more. I would say 12 meters for each folded half that's 6 meters. You need att least 150 meters. Also depends on how many stripes you want. It can be loose och tight. The hammock can be between 2-2.5 meters. You're welcome 🙏
Excelente muy buen trabajo y muy sencillo lo explicas muy bien para que todos puedan hacerlo. Estaba buscando ayuda con esto y la verdad me resultó excelente
Eternal Bluefire The first set were Prusic knots, the second were overhand knots and the last were two half hitches. There are numerous tutorials on how to tie those knots on TH-cam.
Nice but I need more of a heavy duty hammock for outdoor use and camping as I am an Outdoorsman do you think that you could give any tips on how to improve on your already good video just anyway that to make the hammock a little more heavy duty and durable
It's a little late but my take on the measurements are 2 dowels, 1 meter long each and 10 ropes, 9 to 10 meters long each. The other numbers are imperial equivalents, 3 feet 3 inches long for the dowels and 29 to 33 feet long for the rope

No, I don't think so you can replace with pipes. Maybe if it's thick enough.... Good luck +
@@dobiaszaniko thanks for the quick response.... Bless you.
could you put the instructions different please , I was a little confused to what you meant by the initial measurements , thank you
the materials *
I'm used to Paracord so I use ft and yds as measurements
