It basically gives Coffee Towers insane ramp. Additionally, you could buy a single Witch Tower to buy Milk potions, feeding to a Cat Tower, to further boost your Coffee Tower.

This was like the most nonsensical cat milk build I've ever seen, but somehow it progressed and I was amused so I guess it worked out.
