yo got a gtx1650 ti, tried to use lspdfr. kinda works with not too much mods. its often around 40fps or some
You can just use stock vanilla graphics, but with these gameplay mods
i have a GeForce GTX 1650, i play with high settings, i use visualv lspdfr plus 3 calloutpacks, replace police vehicles, and the necessary plugins and i still get 40-55 fps, it's playable. but his gameplay looks ofc much better

The real pain is when you don’t play for a good while and the mods are all out of date, so you spend half the day or night figuring out what’s crashing your game

its against the rules to reupload peoples mods, especially since some of the mods used are paid mods, so its not possible for a copy and paste sadly
