We're the people not disturbing everyone else, and requesting some peace late at night. There are only so many worse things you can do than to politely ask someone not to thunder by your home for 15 continuos hours each day, while you try to get your work done, and then (gasp!) go to sleep! And as good people, no, we would never commit various crimes. We're not going to damage property or hurt animals. Then we'd be the bad people and there would also be consequences for us. The best thing to do is move as soon as we're able to. :-/
