For the triggers that you need two people to open the door, you can also use a mount. Key in the dungeons with a mount is to regularly stop them, so they don't stand on or in front of traps, then call them to you when there is a safe path.
I did. I had to walk my mount onto the one trigger and tell it to stop, then walk over to the other trigger to get it to work. I think it's a good plan because some of us simply don't travel with companions often.
