I think Olivia is ok and have potential. She just need to be a little bit tougher like Roz. Dare to put Frasier and Alan in their place when needed. Give her more oumph.

I disagree. If you model a character to be like someone else in the original, then you stee towards just recreating the original.
i feel that at some point, they will do a crossover with Cheers.
