yesterday when i was dreaming the minute i realized i am in a dream i remembered i can do anything and started doing backflips and telling everyone they are just the actors in my dream and flew away😂😂😂😂😂😂
ROFL 🤣 omg this literally just made my day !! Thank you for sharing!! Sounds so joyful and liberating!! I’ve been having some wild dreams. Literally was talking to Jessica Biel about dreams and how they are a true reflection of who we are. 🤯 which I can relate in many ways in relation to our subconscious mind forming ideas and solutions.
Actually- I was watching this documentary (on masterclass) on sleep . This man has been doing research at Berkeley for the last decade. He found that we do a lot of problem solving in our sleep; which is in correlation to what Einstein has said.
💯!!! I can stand by this. I usually feel our dreams are telling things about what we’re not quite aware of…but once we tap into our own depths …the good and the bad… and accept and move forth…everything starts to change on the internal (especially through our mind.) I figure it’s a strong sense of trust that’s initiating this change.
You are so welcome ! Glad it was helpful. Certainly life altering for me. The observations have continued into the 2nd week but recently I had this dream of a some what ideal life ✨ felt like a visualization practice !
Firstly: Thank you. :) Beautiful video, beautiful message. Please do not take what I am saying now personally, I am just stating my observation, maybe because of confusion. What you say - this is my personal truth and/or opinion - is correct. It is real, so to speak. The mirror analogy is a woderfull one. I am a little confused - maybe because I have the/a wrong definition: When you state "lucid dreaming", you describe it as "being the observer". I, too, am recognizing stark changes in my dreaming patterns, but lucid dreaming, to me, means "you understand that you are in your own dream, when sleeping, and can then, from the point of that understanding, do whatever you want, willingly, in that particular dream". I am actually trying to get to the point of lucid dreaming, maybe thats why synchronicity brought me here, haha, but is "being the observer" the same thing? I am curious... Lately I can remember an astonishing amount of details from my dreams and often I am amazed or buffled by how weird it sometimes is. :) Yet, I experience it as "I am observing a story in my dreams, a story that happens to have me - looking through my eyes - in it", but after waking up, I do not have the feeling that I ACTUALLY, willingly controlled this dream experience or that I, while in my dream, woke up to the fact that I am dreaming. Again: No critique, please do not take it as such. Also I am not trying to smartass here (:D). I am just genuinely curious how you define "lucid dreaming". :) Love is felt. Love is send.
lol first off, so much respect for your emotional intelligence and communication skills . Everything you’ve said is so clear to me. It’s funny, I’m only on week 2 of this experience… but I can honestly say There’s less of a need of to “know that I’m dreaming” It’s as if I’m getting to know myself. I was literally having a conversation with my subconscious thoughts about dreams (within my dream) and you know what this person said to me? “You are your dreams”. Also… another thing that’s been appearing is seeing potential “dream life” appear before my eyes. I watched this masterclass on dreams recently. When we go into various sleep cycles, the help us go through recovery but also help us mindfully solve problems and etc that we’re going through in daily life. It’s also something I had recently read on Einstein. He also took sleep very seriously and would use sleep to solve his problems. 🤯 it’s all connected !! Thank you for sharing your experience. So fascinating
@@InspiredbyGina I, too, find it fascinating. What you describe as a communication with your subconscious is somehow really resonating. It is, as if I just found a tiny piece of the puzzle I am trying to put together. Thank you for that. :) And also thank you for your kind words in regards to my emotional intelligence and my communication. The first is something that I often doubt but I assume not many are tuned into this. The second... well, I am trying my best. Haha. I am german, so english is not exactly the language I can express myself the best but language is such a beautiful(, yet imperfect) tool. So, to me, it makes sense to try to formulate patiently, to try to convey the extreme vastness and complexity of thought into mere little words. Thank you, so much. All the best on your journey. May it be one of growth and expansion aswell as peace and joy. Love is felt, again, and love is send, again.
Be aware during the day. Try to pull your finger, see if it extends or try jumping up and see if you float. Then when you are asleep you will also do that. When you float or fly etc then you know you are asleep, and you will realise you are in the astral world.
First off, I love that we’re continuing this thread of thought ! 💭 🥰🤗 I think that the first step is getting curious , observing your mind and become more familiar with your habitual/subconscious patterns/thoughts. In your waking life. Once you become more familiar through quieting the mind and not allowing emotions to deter you from that expansive peace & space within… I think you can try getting curious in your dreams. Before I sleep, I’ll lie in my bed, and visualize myself grounded (in my bed) then I’ll actually zoom out, from my bed, to visualizing the direction of where my feet lie, then all the way out passed the ceiling and to the sky… that’s another practice I’ve tried. The way I’ve discovered im in a dream is noticing that I get wet, but I don’t feel wet. lol so I love that @smartgenes1 mentioned that practice
lol love this. I use a form of this technique to realize that I’m in a dream and not in my waking life. Such a great reminder !! Thank you for sharing !! ✨✨✨
Yes!! Starts with you, yourself ! Your conscious and your subconscious thoughts. 💭 I truly believe that often times our dreams are telling us things about our subconscious thoughts and what we’re holding onto. Once we become aware of ourselves… the true nature… of who we are…without objectifying the mirror of who we are… then things start to change. ✨✨✨🥰
@@InspiredbyGina Years ago I did a practice where I tried to remember in my dreams to find my hands. It took a lot of work and it seemed to bring on some kind of psychic attacks ,really weird. Lots of dreams about hands and then conflicts started like one dream a guy was on a scooter, he hopped off it, came over to me and stabbed me with a knife... I still remember it to this day, lots of other things like that but then one day the command to remember to find my hands got through and I was in the dream world in my dream body looking at my hands and they were as real as real life. I flew around because I knew I was dreaming. Was so good. Since then I've had lucid dreams on and off but it is still very hard to remember to ask myself if I'm dreaming while dreaming.
Not yet ! I guess it’s only been a week since this eventful epiphany but I can honestly say that the path (and how to get there) towards my dreams are starting to show within my dreams ✨✨✨
What a beautiful video. That part of the book you read (and your thoughts on it) truly resonated with me.
Thank you for your thoughtful words. They’re much appreciated! It’s wild isn’t it?! Gives me the encouragement to keep on going towards that path ✨✨✨
wherever you go, there you are. 👓(its only ever just the beginning.) 💚💚💚

Hi Gina first vid here, whats the title of the book? Thanks.
@@paullevine7959 Welcome Paul :) The book 📕 is called Transurfing by Vadim Zeland ✨✨✨♥️

So practice being aware of your surroundings in the day might help bring on lucid dreams?
