Fantastic!!! Thanks, I've been in Annecy for about 4 days now but the thermals have not been cooperating. I was only able to reach 2000m I did cross the lake but was unable to get above the ridge on the other side. I'm still a newbie, and I need to work on my patience! Wonderful video. Thanks for the inspiration! only 3 days left in Annecy and T-storms are forecast for the next two.

Hi, im going to annecy in september in my camper from the uk. I am taking my wing but would like to get someone to show me the area first. I have never flown anywhere like this so would like some tips. Most of my flying in the uk is with a motor because we dont have any hills down here (cornwall). My free flying is mainly dune stuff. Did you get any tuition out there? Any tips or contacts would be appreciated.

I was doing safety training with one of the German schools. In the morning we did the training and free flights in the afternoon. They gave me the tips I needed to do my flights at the lake.

It was the German school „Glidezeit“ that I was joining. When you google paragliding SIV Annecy you will find also English schools that offer trainings there.

Danke! Die Aufnahmen sind mit einer GopPro MAX (360) gemacht worden. Befestigungen am Helm, allerdings mit Magnet und Sicherungsleine.

    Nice video...some precisions:
-what you call "Dents de Lanfon" is in fact "Le Lanfonnet"
-what you call "Dent du Cruet" is in fact "Dents de Lanfon"...Cruet is on your right hand at 5:00

Thank you, also for the precisions. 🙂

Hello Brother. Is it good to be in the middle of the weight range of the "ion 6" wing or at the height for the best performance?

Hello Z.R, I don’t know what the optimal load is, I’m flying my wing in the upper third of the weight range and I’m happy with the performance and the agility.
