I think you puked because of a bug, in the isle people as herrera they would get random pukes / sickness from nothing (unless it’s rotten foods) Also apparently a lot of people get fatal crashes as it too

If the devs removed spawn points and make them random again the gameplay will be alot better😊

The fatal crashes are happening at the horde test and it can happen when you are near a lot of player or carcasses
