John. Man, such a nice flier. I like 3200mah size lipo for bigger birds like these. They carry them well and the little added weight is not a bad thing when you flying in the wind. 👍👍

Thanks John, 2200mAh was exactly what I was thinking to make the plane even lighter. To be honest the only reason I have not ordered one yet is that from the videos, specially on grass fields, the gears seem to be wobbly for a heavy plane like this. When you fly her on 2200, can you please also comment on the battery location and whether any weight is required to hit the CG? Thanks.
For the 2200 I put it as far forward as I possibly could, and ran a shorter flight time. Grab the heaviest pack you have and check your cg. I added no extra weight.
Im still here, just having money issues , wish I kept some of my planes though. I just cant quit the hobby, been in it way to long . Its killing me right now . May just get me a cheap little plane to get me back going but man I wish I could afford that plane though. love twin s.

Do you think this plane could handle the weight of a 5409 mAh battery?
Handle it? Yes, balance with it? not likely
Whats your elevator to landing flaps mix set at? if any?
I dont do mixes, I use flight modes and trim it in flight to be perfect. I need to make a video on how to do that to help everyone.
@@JohnVHRC ah id rather just set my own flap to elevator mixing much easier to do on any digital programming radio.
