I'm not sure about the Philippines but here in the US the 1st step taken for a "rape" victim is to take them to a hospital for treatment. 11 days later, she has yet to get herself treated. I guess she's not that concerned because she knows the truth.
Unfortunately here in the Philippines the stigma of being a rape victim is often too much for a woman and victims tend to keep it to themselves, its rare to get even a medical report indicated she was likely a victim of sexual assault but i agree with you. You figure she had to walk to the elevator bank, press the button, wait for the elevator to arrive (unless) it happened to be stationed on her floor already, go 2 floors to the lobby. I live on the 1st floor of a complex and it takes me at least 1-2 minutes to walk to the elevator bank, wait for the elevator before I reach the lobby. And I'm only 60 feet away from the elevator. So if you reduce the "time elapsed" to reach the lobby from 2 minutes, that's the exact time Vhong had to allegedly "attempt" to rape Deniece. In that short time, Vhong managed to grab her hair, push her down on the bed, pull down his pants and grope her.. REALLY?? lol Time to plead temporary insanity.
