Coloquei o som pra meditar, entrei em uma meditação profunda e comecei a ver mandalas coloridas ( não usei droga alguma kkk, isso era as 5 da manhã quando acordei) .. e ao pesquisar a frequência fala q tem ligação com cores e mandalas...incrível. Lembrando q sempre fui cético a essas coisas, nunca dei bola pra esses assuntos achando que era bobagem... enfim.. o que eu senti e vi foi incrível.

I'm here. The way I do it l. I put some head phone on get into a comfortable position take a few deep breaths and then feeling the feeling of having and doing the things I want to do. I hope that helps.

Anything harmonic like a song is not tuned to a frequency as most here think. Neither songs nor instruments have a single frequencies (i.e. a single boring sine wave). A composer or sound designer might choose a single tone - say, A4 on a piano - and modify the frequency of its fundamental harmonic. But, all the other tones (including all the other As) in the song must also be detuned/retuned to new frequencies as well. So, this track is not 'at' 428 Hz. One tone of the countless tones (and overtones) of the instrumentation may well be tuned to 428 Hz (most synthesizers can be retuned from concert A) but all the other frequencies that make it music are not 428Hz.
