- World Humanitarian Day, observed on August 19th every year, pays tribute to the countless humanitarians across the globe who are on the front lines, tirelessly working to save lives, protect those in need, and provide essential aid for their upliftment. On this significant day, we salute their unwavering dedication.
We take this opportunity to honor and pay homage to our Revered Founder. Sri Madhusudan Sai, a visionary humanitarian who embodies the principle of ""Vasudhaiva Kuṭumbakam"" - One World, One Family. Through His relentless efforts and initiatives of selfless love & service, Sri Madhusudan Sai is actively building a world where compassion knows no borders, and every individual, society, and nation stands united in support of one another.
The Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission (SMSGHM), in the last 12 years, has achieved remarkable milestones in the areas of Education, Nutrition, and Healthcare by providing quality services completely free-of-charge, making them available and accessible to socio-economically disadvantaged communities in rural geographies. As a member Trust of SMSGHM, we have the unique privilege of being engaged in the Education intervention implemented through 24 schools from Higher Primary to Higher Secondary Education across 3 states and a Private University for Higher Education that includes India’s first free-of-charge Medical College as well. Our education model lays great emphasis on values-based education with spiritual moorings rooted in the ancient Indian Gurukula model, and we take pride in imbuing the values of gratitude, compassion, care, selfless service and giving back to society, in all our students from a very young age.
