- People have been saying that wizard just needs full true magical damage to make it viable but in this video we face nothing but full true wizards and it's honestly still too easy. Wizard might need a buff or MR needs a nerf.

too much anti mag + iron will on everyone, it’s straight melee combat and who’s cleric is the better healer

How do you guys feel about the gbmm because for us, we went in greens and a couple blues and then 2 with full blue kite and we played against legendaries, uniques, grim smiles the lot. Barely took any heals too
maybe in high geared lobbies because of perk utilization and high quality gear. But in lower bracket lobbies and ice caves that class is one of the best. Can opt into meele oneshot builds or just deal stupid amount of dmg from ranged while blocking doorways, zoning etc.
Its the natural ebb and flow of things..once people stop seeing magic users, they will stop running magic resist. Hopefully we dont have to even talk about this though and they get rid of multi class
Would building magic pen do anything against the iron will anti magic meta?
thats actualy rlly interesting, and prolly yeah. All true + a buncha magic pen but even then idk if it would be enough
you'd kinda need a lot for it to be worth building into, but if you stack true damage with enough magic pen it could be really good it's just hard to build enough magic pen while also trying to build into other stats you need like damage, health, and knowledge. I think for magic pen alone with no true dmg and just additional you'd need at least 25% or higher if there running both magic resist perks, However if you have a full true damage set (head,neck,rings, cloak etc.) you could get away with less magic pen maybe but I think if you can get to 25% or higher with a full true magic set it could be really good it'll just be hard to get enough magic pen, you'd need good rolls on pretty much all of your gear.
@@lilx4647 To get someone to 3 times effective health you would only need to throw in 11% pen assuming that they have 75% mdr, and your spellbook could handle half of that.
whats with ranger kinda feels the same no? just hold shield up run them down and if they run catch their teammates

yeah but with rangers u can snipe the backline and geared can stack pen, wizz is now usseles now that even the back can stack mr with no gear and magic pen is shit
the difference is rangers build into MS more than wizards and our class is getting diffed by 3 perks bruh not even gear shit is lame every class can do it if they want too
antimagic + ironwill + perservance = unkillable for wiz
same with warlock the magic damage classes are just unplayable rn
this is the case in trios forsure but in duos you can still cook on wiz/lock
I miss the old apollo who use to show his gear every video quickly, Id love to see how geared you are before I attempt to hold W like this.
if you get 50-60% pdr w 50% mdr without adding in anti-magic w 150+ hp and the rest into dex, phys add/true (preferably true) and ms you can W like this but clerics lowkey are the superstars of these comps

looks really fun having fights last more than 5 seconds because wizards don't just 2 zap.
Play wizard for 10 games.Your views will surely change on how effective they are, especially when you can get MAX 150hp when fully kitted out.

Now fights just end in 5 seconds when the fighter or barb presses E to get max ms with their weapon out and tank 300 damage. If the roles were reversed, you'd be screaming and crying.
Wiz has been dead for a year for the casual player. Only the super sweaty chads like you guys were able to spend thousands to make it playable lol

so basically warlock and cleric are even worse beacuse they have lower magic dmg
Warlock and Cleric both have better armor/gear options and better stat spread, that’s all that matters with multiclassing
yea, i wonder WHY everyone is taking iron will and antimagic. hmmmmm.
An interesting fact is that there is not a single passive ability that reduces true physical damage. But antimagic reduces ALL magic damage by 25 percent, including pure damage. multiclassing - broken...
Antimagic + Iron Will + Sprint on EVERYONE. No damage and no ability to kite melees.
