From the reasonably limited Swedish I understand (and looks a bit like Dutch, bredband is breedband in Dutch, for instance, which is the word for broadband) I think they were transporting a promotional campaign caravan from an ISP meant to inform the public about broadband internet out of the station. I think in my country we'd place such a promotional thing outside of the station building because of exactly this problem. And here, most entrances would not be big enough for cars as well, let alone a caravan. The police sometimes drives inside with their motorcycles, but that's about it. If we would do such a thing we'd have people holding up a rope or anything to signal that the area behind them is not supposed to be entered, or a complete section of the station would be closed off. I considered this to be quite hazardous for the public, no matter the speed.
