In regards to Tokyo Disneyland, as someone who has been on several work trips to Tokyo, I highly recommend Tokyo Disneysea instead which is by far the most impressive theme park I've visited. @scottman895 actually there are other condos or hotels there. Some people stay as the mid mountain area and go up for day trips. I hv heard many reviews about first world hotel on TH-cam. Not too great.

I'm from Malaysia, if you are going to West Malaysia, it is perfectly fine in December. A little rain but not too much. East Malaysia however, will be very different, and has floods happen in December.
Genting Highlands Resort World is situated in quite high altitude of landscape and construction building and that's why it's probably a little more expensive than KL.. The hotel rooms are not spacious maybe because they are meant for sleeping accommodations and then you have to get up early and enjoy more outdoor activities more than in the room 😅 No AC needed because Genting temperature is naturally chilly throughout the year, just open the windows for better view and fresh air..👍🇲🇾😎
The whole construction is done in this way to keep you inside so that you gamble more or spend more inside. It took me some time to find an exit through another hotel to get some fresh air. Also, some hotels are known to be haunted. Just feel blessed that you're not born with a "third eye".
5:30 FYI To eat the Xiao Long Bao, pick them up with chopsticks, dip them gingerly into the black vinegar sauce and add a pinch of ginger on the top, then proceed by either nibbling off a corner of dough and sucking out the soup, or by downing the whole thing in one go. They are meant to be consumed piping hot. Also, that hotel is primarily to cater for their regular casino patrons. These people get to stay for free whenever they patronise their casino.
Glad you enjoyed your time in Genting.. fully agreed the hotel is overrated.. it's mainly catered for casino goers as members of the casino get free stays once you clock certain hours of paying in the casino.. There are many Airbnb apartments nearby with much bigger space and just a fraction of the price.. some even provide free shutter services.. Food is expensive there but Din Tai Fung is always my go to whenever i go there.. at least you're paying for good food..

When did you shoot this video? Luckily its not raining tho because now is monsoon raining season ⛈. Mountain like Genting Highlands is where we take a short trip to escape from the hot weather, another hotspot place in the mountains are Cameron Highlands n Kundasang, Mount Kinabalu, Sabah🏔
It's not surprising it a little difficult n tricky when u check in into the world largest hotel...gotta be extremely patient... imagine u explore the huge Amazon jungles 😅
Genting theme parks may not be as advanced as others in the world but definitely more affordable compared to those in Japan, Disneyland in USA , Singapore etc😅
For that amount of money you should have rented a car and not stay there. If you wanted to stay there, there are other hotels that offer better lodgings. Or if you want to be adventurous stay in Janda Baik resorts, a village near Genting and do a day tour of Genting.
This place was the most stressful check in experience I have ever had. The room was terrible, no AC basically the same as yours. I found out I hate Gondalas on the way up too.
If you've done your homework well. You should be renting one of those Airbnb on midhills that cost 30 to 40% of the micro room you paid for on the hill top. And those apartments at midhills are much much more spacious too! Lol😂😂😂
