In irregular reflection, the laws of reflection are followed. The angle of incidence differs for every light ray falling on the surface, so does the reflected ray. But for each pair of the incident and reflected ray, the laws of reflection are followed. angle I= angle r, both the rays, incident ray as well as the reflected ray and also the normal lie on the same plane.
