At the beginning she shows 4 stars (*) which should mean it's multiples of 4 so you can decide how large you want it to be (example: 94 or 104 etc)

It’s so frustrating when you find a new pattern that’s so pretty & you can’t wait to start, BUT there’s NO voice in english or NO captions to back up the pattern, even though I’ve got the video on the slowest speed it’s not clear enough to make out the actual pattern. Very disappointed angry 🤬

Row 1: single crochet (sc) in 2nd st from hook, in each st across, ch 2 turn
Row 2: skip 2 sts, (DC) double crochet in 3rd st from hook, then in the space between the skipped st & the DC, yo & draw up a loop 4x's (should have 5 loops on hook), then in 3rd st (counting the st you're working), into that 3rd st insert hook & draw up a loop, pull through 1st 2 loops on hook, yo & draw through the remaining 5 loops on hook, ch 1 to close off, then repeat the same across to the last 2 sts, 1 DC in last st, ch 1, turn
Row 3: sc in each st across, ch 2, turn
Row 4 and throughout the remaining length you choose to make. Repeat rows 2 & 3 alternating.
Hope this helps you. It's in multiples of 4 (example: ch 94) the stars at the beginning of video that shows the size of needle there's 4 * indicating however large you want to make it, it should be in multiples of 4 so it ends up correctly in the foundation chain.
Edit of Row 2: after you turn, yo & insert hook into the 2nd st & *draw up 4 loops (yo each time), keeping loops on hook, skip 1 st & in the next st yo & insert hook draw up a loop, yo & pull through 2, yo & draw through the remaining loops on hook, ch1 to close, then in space between (the 2 sts you drew through & the puffy st),* repeat from * to * across, (should have 1 ch remaining before the ch3 turn from previous row), DC in the 2nd ch, ch1, turn
Row 3: sc in each ch across & in 2nd st of turning ch, ch3, turn
Row 4 and throughout to desired length. Repeat rows 2 & 3 alternating.
For border: sc in each st around making sure to do 3 sc in each corner. You can make any border stitch from there. Get creative if you want, the base of the border is done & it's yours, from there to choose
