I don't see anyone commenting on all those internal rhymes within the verses and chorus. You can tell a rapper wrote these lyrics because they'd have consistent internal rhymes even when being rapped. She just set a rap to a pop melody and gave it to her girls. Both queens and lions are symbolic of power and dominance - but in almost opposite ways. Queens are elegant and regal, whereas lions are aggressive and animalistic. I think this is trying to say that G Idle has a clear goal set in mind, but the way they get there is not one dimensional. They are not going to be confined to traditional descriptions of "cute, sexy, girl crush" etc. as they do not want to be perceived just as idols, but also as actual artists. Both raw and also pristine - they are queens and lions.

I find this to be one of the best if not the best song written for a girl group. Everything is just on a very different level! I like how the chorus rhymes like a poem. The song's whole meaning is also very feminist and empowering. The video and their stage performances are also coherent with the story. This song made me a fan of them!

I don't see anyone commenting on all those internal rhymes within the verses and chorus. You can tell a rapper wrote these lyrics because they'd have consistent internal rhymes even when being rapped. She just set a rap to a pop melody and gave it to her girls. Like damn, Soyeon, just take it to that level.

My interpretation of this lyric and the imagery in this MV relates to the path that G Idle wants to create for themselves in Kpop.
Both queens and lions are symbolic of power and dominance - but in almost opposite ways. Queens are elegant and regal, whereas lions are aggressive and animalistic.
I think this is trying to say that G Idle has a clear goal set in mind, but the way they get there is not one dimensional. They are not going to be confined to traditional descriptions of "cute, sexy, girl crush" etc. as they do not want to be perceived just as idols, but also as actual artists.
Both raw and also pristine - they are queens and lions.
