Cool! Many years ago I did an animation using PowerPoint that mocked the "Show do Milhão" game, local version of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire. PowerPoint XP onwards has features that can be used to animate, not as an cartoon, but like television graphics, as separate effects for in and out, that can be combined with emphasis efects.
