Besan (gram flour) - 3 tbsp
Rice flour - 2tbsp
Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
Salt - to Taste
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - 2tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1no
Ginger chopped - 1tbsp
Curry leaves chopped - 2tbsp
