I was a huge player back in the 90's. I would time to time go back and take out my old notebooks and look at a few of my homebrew Mechs, Techs and Vehicles. Play around, change things here and there. My kids started playing and they developed a Love/Hate relationship with Battletech and got me back into playing but more talking about it. The "What It" scenarios my youngest would ask me, had me really thinking. A few years back now, two of my good friends, their kids and mine all were out at dinner one night and Battletech came up and a scenario was born. We planned to actually play out the scenario, created units, everything. But as we were about to get down and play out the campaign, we started talking and we never started playing, we all had a blast sitting around talking Battletech so much we didnt even roll any dice. Watching and listening to the kids talk out strategies, tactics, and logistics made me all warm inside🤣 Thank You FASA for coming up with an excellent game and Catalyst for keeping it going😏👍

What is that, an Overlord for Ants? It would need to be... 5 times bigger than this. How are you supposed to transport a battalion of mechs if they can't even fit in the dropship?

Mech scale would be over two feet tall. The drop ship she tells you not to worry about.

It is scaled to the map and not the mechs. Mechs are actually much smaller on map scale.

I don't recall the exact price. It, a mech box, and a couple of other little trinkets ran about $100 iirc. I didn't keep the receipt.
