S9 or S9+ .If your budget is enough. The fan edition series was produced for people with affordable budgets and was deprived of some of the features of the S9 series. Therefore, if your budget is sufficient, S9 or S9+ will last longer and be more efficient.

Samsung tabs are just okay okay types. I find ipads the best as the tablet. They serve their purpose well with really amazing speed and unmatched performance. Samsung tabs tend to lag after a while
But in terms of price, Samsung products are the most f/p products. And Samsung s9 ultra , s10 ultra can compete with the best iPads. It depends on what purpose the user will acquire it for. The price of Apple entry or mid-segment products is not as cheap as the price of Samsung entry and mid-segment products.

I can't say much, but just that iPad is little overpriced than samsung tab and the width of samsung is bigger than iPad. + i believe that s pen also have many air command settings which I don't know if apple pencil offers.

For my experience, it's great but after 1.5 years of use the matte-inness starts to wear off and it gives you this plastic cover.

It will wear out eventually after 2-3 months. (stating from my experience)
