    You are so beautiful 😍. It's great to see young people digging deep within and starting their healing journey very young. I wish you all the best. I'm 35 and struggling. But I know God will work it out for me. I wish I had started my healing journey earlier. Keep up the good work.

    I think for therapists. Its not just that they are paid to listen to us. But they have the tools and training to listen and support without feeling this huge effect on them. Like they have certain standards and training when it comes to healing and trauma, that our friends arent equipped with. So its not that you need to pay someone to hear u or play this supportive role but instead, if you find a good therapist, you are meant to be recieving valuable healthcare and thats how it becomes more transactional
