Dear Haier AC Support Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of prompt response to my previous email regarding my Haier AC unit. Despite having lodged multiple complaints in the past, the issue still persists and there has been no improvement in the performance of the AC.
Furthermore, I would like to add to my previous complaint that the supervisor who attended to our issue, Haris, had previously mentioned that the compressor would only need to be changed once under warranty. However, we have now been charged for both the compressor and gas, which is unacceptable.
It has only been a few months since we purchased the AC unit, and it has already caused us immense trouble and inconvenience. We have had to repeatedly call for assistance and have been let down by the product's poor quality.
We demand a solution to this issue and would like to request a replacement unit that can serve the purpose for which it was purchased. I would like to remind you that the warranty is still valid, and we expect a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
I hope that you take immediate action on this matter and respond to this email promptly. I look forward to hearing from you and hope that we can come to a mutually beneficial solution.

Tcl t5 wifi or kenwood 1838s esmart. Both have an amazing t3 compressor. Both have amazing copper indoors and outdoors with pure golden fins. Both have 5dc technology, so both are really efficient. Both have big indoors and outdoors and support proper WiFi technology. Both have low voltage startups. Also, both have great customer care/support. Both have mannyyy more features, although both are pretty expensive because of paksitans suffering economy

@@bivv93 installed 2020 so far 0 problems Haier both dc inverter card problem 16500 cost to replace one card.
Amp draw depends what temp ac is set at 26 or 20 will make difference in current draw
