@@FiresideAlarms you can always disable the lock on the annunciator from the panel. That way you won’t need the key if you need to silence or acknowledge
I don't think it displayed anything. It wasn't plugged in when it fell, but with the help of my brother, I got it back up, and plugged it in, and still worked.

The wheelock needs to be on wheelock sync on the fire alarm control panel

On the annunciatior. If you leave the key lock in the unlock position for a certain time it’ll show a ann bus fault trouble
I knew that, I don't keep it unlocked. I had to reset it and set it up again. Now it works :)
