Because SM really likes Tiffany. Nowadays, Jessica is like third priority behind Taeyeon and Tiffany with the line distribution for songs (but she still doesn't get much tbh). Even in Japanese releases Tiffany is basically singing the whole song by herself.

I just was on a video and somebody was bashing Fany's vocals of how her voice trembles when she hits high notes. That is not the case ALL the time, but Tiffany did so great here. The whole group really shined in this performance, really showing that GG CAN indeed sing.
