예를 들어 내가 쓰는 화장품을 파괴해보고싶지만 돈이 아깝기도 하고 치우기도 해야하니까 못 하고 그냥 마음 한 켠에 그 욕구를 묻어두는거죠.
그렇기에 프로이트는 무언갈 파괴하고 공격적인 매체를 시청하는 걸 통해 인간의 마음 속 욕구를 '정화' 할 수 있다고 말했습니다.
그러니 해당 상황에서는 카타르시스라는 단어를 사용하는 게 어색하지 않아요.

Honestly as a sound designer and foley artist, it's quite easy to tell. They did a great job but there are slight sync issues.
