I ordered one this week. Top tip, I got as far as adding it to the shopping cart then decided to think overnight if I really needed it due to its high cost and probable UK custom fees, and the next morning found an email in my inbox offering a 20% discount if I completed my purchase, which I did.
Looks very good but about anyone uses some Ipad case for protection and if that doesn't come of easy this product is useless until you buy a new case with less protection (I use a Zugu case which is super)

Thanks for the video. I have a small desk, similar to the one you have. And do you think this stand takes a lot of space on a small desk? Or would you recommend the Twelve South Compass Pro for smaller desks?
I find with this desk it will be a little cramped for two monitors. But for working directly from it it’s great. Maybe go for a lower smaller profile if it’s just to sit next to your computer monitor. Twelvesouth looks great and would double for travel. :)
@@BetterCreating Thx, considering the Twelve South Compass Pro - how is the viewing angle when used as a second monitor? Currently I use the Smart Folio case and I find viewing angle to be just right. But I always need to keep changing the case with the Magic Keyboard (since its too big for my desk)

Yeah great stand. I’m using a pitaka magEZ case cover with it at moment which works well and keeps it protected.

I do a lot of field work with my iPad, so it’s always in an otter case.. curious how well that stands magnets will grab the iPad through the case.

Is the height good for using the iPad as a secondary screen with a 24” M1 iMac?
couldn't tell you but it's about 31cm from base to top of my 12.9 screen on the stand.
Does it work with regular iPads?
Check the CharJenPro website but I believe it supports a range of iPads yes.

I think ports are more ugly and wouldn’t hold it like this. The 180 degree cable is surprisingly effective at hiding the wires. :)
