I always wondered why they put Zartan on the backs of individual figures' packages? I don't remember Hasbro releasing him as an individual figure, only with the chameleon. Am I wrong on that and Hasbro released him as a standalone too but it was only available in certain areas, maybe?
You're right, Zartan was never released on an individual card in North America. I think Hasbro's plan was to release him without the swamp-skier, but the cost of the color-change plastic was higher than the $3 average. He was released on card only in Japan.
Can't the backpack be rotated to where the plug hole is near Flash's righ shoulder blade? Granted, it would look odd but it would make it easier to put the rifle in his right hand. Or we could just leave it as is. He could be left handed.
I wanted Flash so badly as a kid. I didn't get him until I was 14, I found him in a thrift store. I paid 25 cents for him.
